If you're looking for an agent to help with your application then look no further than Visa Bureau...and when I say "help" with your visa the word doesn't really put across how important it is to get expert help. That probably reads like an ad - that's just because I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

I am pretty good with these things but having Visa Bureau on board meant that we were always confident that the right thing was being done and we were getting the right information together at the right time. You don't want to get something wrong and this process takes all the worry out of it. It's challenging enough without worrying you are being comprehensive enough and the support is invaluable. Any stupid question I had would get a reassuring answer.

It was the best decision we made in this process and when we needed to look at state sponsorship Leonie (Cotton - Senior case-worker) called us right away with the developments and suggested the best course of action. Four months later and here we are with visas...Excited!? You bet.

It's very simple to describe my experience with Visa Bureau and that is "second to none". I pride myself on being a fairly organised person, but faced with the challenge of all the forms, and reading that in many cases a visa application is refused more because of an error on a form than because of an actual rejection of the person, it soon became clear that using an agent would be the best option. Visa Bureau also helped with setting up a payment plan for the cost of providing their service, which helped me greatly at the time.

Visa Bureau did an amazing job for me. Yes there is obviously a cost involved, but this is covered in the reduction of stress and the help that they gave me. All questions were answered efficiently and helpfully and my mind was at ease at the thought of all the necessary information being submitted to the authorities correctly and on time. I have recently obtained a 176 skilled migrant visa with the assistance of Visa Bureau. I had to be quick to get all of my documentations in order before a change in the visa system in July. Visa Bureau made every step of the way really easy to understand and helped me get my application in before the deadline. From start to finish the whole process took around 11 months I was really surprised at the speed the visa took to process and I doubt that without the assistance of Visa Bureau it would have been anywhere near as quick. I would highly recommend anyone looking to obtain a visa to go through the process with Visa Bureau, its well worth the investment if your looking to move things along quickly. Superb! Last week, we received our passports back with Visa’s to live & work in Australia which can lead to permanent residency. Put simply, if we hadn’t used Visa Bureau this would not have happened. It was a roller coaster ride to lodge our application before my 50th birthday, with something like 35 or more documents involved start to finish (2 adults + 2 children). Leonie Cotton is fantastic at her job and wonderful to deal with. She was on the ball, supportive and shook the tree to move various things along at the right times. In 2010, we spent a year on “exchange” in NSW and loved it so much we want to return to live. Having put together our 2010 exchange visa application ourselves, we were tempted to have a go at this one as well. After all, why pay someone else to do what we thought we were capable of ourselves? Here’s why......so much more was involved than we could have anticipated & I am 100% certain that we would not have been successful. I cant thank the Visa Bureau enough,for their professionalism,attention to detail,and constant,friendly feedback in regards to my recent Australian visa application. We started our Visa process back in 2009 on a Family Sponsored visa, Bronwyn was our original contact at Visa Bureau and then Leonie and we were then allocated our Caseworker Matt Parker who helped us lodge our original visa application in May 2010. From the outset Visa Bureau couldn't have been more helpful and despite us originally being in Category 5 for processing, Matt still contacted us every so often to give us an update of how the processing times were getting on.

In July 2012 Matt told us that would be eligble to apply for a State Sponsored visa which meant that our visa would be processed quicker than the Family Sponsored route, we decided to apply for State Sponsorship, were granted it and got our Permanent Residency Visa in September 2012. The Australian Visa Bureau provided an excellent service. Everyone involved in my application carried out their duties flawlessly from beginning to end. If you pay close attention to the instructions their staff give, then your application process shoulld be efficient and relatively quick. As this was the first and only company I used, I cannot comment honestly on the cost - the five stars are there by default.

I have had contact with a few different agents during my visa application process but my partner and I would like to give a special mention and thanks to Leonie Cotton. We were quite daunted by all of the forms and requirements for completeing my visa application but the staff at the visa bureau made the whole process simple and easy. When we first decided to follow our dream and try to relocate as a family to Australia - I contacted a few Visa Agents because it was such an important process to us we wanted to ensure we had the best possible chance of obtaining the Visa. VisaBureau were the last company I contacted and were actually the most expensive but I knew from that first phone call that i had to go with them as it would give me the best possible chance of getting the Visa.

Our case worker was Leonie Cotton and I can not fault her effiency and customer service - I live in Dublin and had to email and send all of my details/paperwork to London which was done with ease. There was little stress involved in obtaining the Visa. I was informed at the start what was involved in the process and what the costs would be to allow us to budget. Leonie was there every step of the way.

We first contacted Visa Bureau at the end of Jan 2012 our Visa application was submiited at the end of May 2012 and we got approval at the end of July 2012. The process was much faster than expected due to the professionalism of the Visa Bureau (Leonie Cotton).

Leonie at the visa bureau made the whole process very smooth and stress free. Right from the outset communications were regular and clear, with questions being answered promptly. The fees paid were well worthwhile for the peace of mind that professionals were working on our behalf. Thanks again for a wonderful service.

Firstly, I would say that Visa Bureau were outstanding in their professionalism and business ethic, by the way in which they handled my application from start to finish. From the time that I picked up the phone to inquire, until the time that I received my passport in the post with my new Australian permanent residency visa in it, I have to say that I was extremely impresssed with the personal service, efficiency, determination and committment that Visa Bureau provided to me.

As far as costs are concerned, Visa Bureau are very competitive and they were straight up with me from the word 'go' in terms of exactly what it was going to cost me for each and every item, including medicals, police checks, assessments, etc. Not the cheapest out there, but still very reasonable and fair, and remember, you often get what you pay for.

The biggest attraction with using Visa Bureau initially was their policy around refunding the full amount of fees paid by you, in the event that they did not believe you were eligible to lodge an application. Bear in mind that they do a significant amount of work for you before you lodge. Fortunately, we did not need a refund and our application progressed through the gauntlet successfully. Nonetheless, it was very comforting and reassuring to know that I would not waste any money, as I had previously with www.liveinaustralia.com who went bust and I had to start my application all over again. Visa Burea succeeded.

Timewise, well let's just say that my entire application with Visa Bureau started in August 2011 and completed in March 2012. It was fantastic to be able to just email or phone at any time and as much as I liked - no limits and no extra costs. Previous agents have required formal conference call calendar bookings and charges for consultation, etc. Visa Burea were 'hands on' 24/7 and made me feel as though I was their only customer. Honestly, sometimes, I thought I was because I was treated like royalty. I didn't know that you could get such personal service like this these days (still).

Visa Bureau were, as I mentioned, available at my beckon call. They made me feel so confident and reassured about everything, and they kept me posted on a weekly basis, even if they had no updates. Leoni, Matt, Lucas and the team were exceptional in the way in which they managed my application and I just cannot thank them or praise them enough for making mine and my family's dreams of Australia a reality! I could easily go through the whole process again, Visa Bureau actually made it fun!

I can't rate the Visa Bureau enough! Although the process to obtain our Australian visa has taken a while, we have received 100% support from the Visa Bureau from day one. Our Visa application was never going to be quick and easy being a large family of seven, but we chose the Visa Bureau to guide us through the process just based on how informative and reassuring the initial phone call was.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Visa Bureau to anybody that I came across that was thinking of applying for an Australian Visa. There is so much involved in applying and certainly for me one of the biggest worries was making sure that everything was done correctly so it was fantastic having somebody to talk me through it all, help fill everything in and double check everything for me before it was submitted.

I honestly feel that the level of help and advice which we have had couldn't have been any better. There was always somebody at the end of the line to keep me up to date with what was happening or just talk me through any worries and my emails where always answered promptly and clearly.

I looked into a few companies before deciding to use VisaBurea, the reason I chose them was due to the way Bronwyn dealt with my initial call. I am self employed so my applciation was never going to be staight-forward but Bronwyn went through everything there on the phone she gave me tons of advice and I hadnt even paid a penny yet.

It is a difficult decision to use a migration burea because of the added expense, espeically with a young family, so I took a chance and decided to use VisaBurea to help me with my application, and I am so glad I did.

We were assigned a case worker (Matt Parker) very quickly (within a few days) and he went straight to work coaching me on writing my reference material to prove my skill set. I had already looked into doing this and showed Matt my work, he advised me to change a few things to make sure I told the Governing Body exactly what they wanted to know.

We had to gather quite a lot of information due to me being self employed, Matt helped every step of the way and we turned the application around within 12 months (including proving my skill set).

I am extremely happy with the service I received, it is a lot of money to spend but if you want to maximise your chances of gaining a visa then I'd recommend using these guys.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Sue for helping me every step of the way in gaining my Skilled Sponsored Visa - she was great in calmly explaining each step - not an easy task when I have a tendancy to get over excited and want everything done at once!
It was a long process but Sue made it all straightforward and was there to answer any questions or concerns I had - and provide reassurance.
In the end the visa was granted a LOT sooner than I was expecting - and although it took around 10 months due to some initial delays on my part - I was still amazed at how quickly it was processed.

We are a family of 5, our 176 visa was granted after 2 years, and I would say it was not easy as we hit a few hiccups on the way. I would highly recommend both Visa Bureau and Lauren Mennie who was my caseworker and who was a delight to deal with. Their service is excellent and Lauren is extremely efficient and helpful. Just to confirm that we are extremely happy that we used the Visa Bureau to handle our 176 visa to South Australia. We had returned from a year travelling in 2007 which included 4 months in Australia and, having loved the country so much, decided in 2008 that we would like to emigrate there. At the time we felt confident in applying independently via the DIAC website only to discover a few months later that we had made a mistake with one of the forms which meant that our application would be unsuccessful. At this point we realised that if we did apply again we would need some professional guidance as we couldn't risk (or afford!) to make any mistakes a second time round!
Friends who had already emigrated recommended we use the Visa Bureau as they had a great experience with them. I initially spoke to Bronwyn Taylor who spent a great deal of time with me on the phone over a number of months explaining the new points system that was being introduced and also how the skills lists were changing and how this would impact on us. I was very impressed with the time Bronwyn spent with me on this giving advice and updates, particularly as we hadn't even become clients at this stage! We applied for the 176 once the new skills lists were released in 2011 and Bronwyn handed us over to Matt Parker who was extremely helpful in guiding us through the visa process. Now in Sept 2011 we finally have the visa! I would recommend the Visa Bureau to anyone thinking of emigrating as it is such a stressful and expensive process - and very simple mistakes can prove costly as we have found out first hand!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Visa Bureau for the assistance I had in obtaining my visa.
From contacting the company in spring last year, I have only ever received excellent service and advice. Our first contact was with Bronwyn who explained the whole procedure to us and explained all costs from the outset. I was then allocated a case worker – Kristie, for a short while and we were then transferred to Joe, who has been an absolute star the whole time. He responded so promptly to emails and requests, he kept me notified at all times of any developments. I can’t thank him enough. It’s a very stressful and anxious time awaiting for the visa to be granted, but Joe was always on hand to help and alleviate my worries.
Using a migration agent isn’t the cheapest way to get your visa, but I was time limited as I was 45 in May and couldn’t afford to make mistakes with my application, so for me it was the best way to go and gave me reassurance that my application was completed correctly and all documents certified correctly and again Joe was so helpful with this. I would certainly recommend visa bureau to anyone who was wanting to migrate and was wanting assistance in obtaining their visa. To me it was money well spent.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Joe, as he was so professional and helpful throughout – thanks Joe – I miss your emails (haha). Unfortunately he was on leave when our visa was granted so didn’t get opportunity to say thanks then.
We are leaving the UK on 28th November 2011, I have secured full time permanent employment with the WA Health service, so very thrilled about that.
Not sure I would have been at this stage if it wasn’t for Visa Bureau.

Visa Bureau have been fantastic right from the very beginning when we spoke with Lucas. He was friendly and informative and gave us total confidence that we were in the right hands.
We have a huuugggeeee thank you to Joseph Tindle who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! He was understanding and supportive when we wittled and his advice throughout was completely sound! We thought the whole process would be really drawn out but he dealt with everything promptly and efficiently resulting in a Visa being granted within 5months. Everything just went so smoothly we are still in shock and that is all down to Joseph. In his short absence during the process his colleagues were also wonderful and helped us out immensely - a big thank you to Leonie.

We cannot begin to thank you all enough and really appreciate the help we have received from all of you. The Migration process is a daunting, complicated task to have ahead of you. Without the assistance of the Bureau, we have no doubt that it would have taken much longer and been much more difficult to obtain our visas.

May we just say how pleased we are with the service provided by the visa Bureau. Lauren Mennie has been fantastic!
When we decided to apply for a visa, we knew there were risks as we had a very tight time frame in applying. Lauren explained everything in detail via numerous phone conversations and emails. Throughout the process Lauren remained positive yet didn't give us false hope, she told us as it was. Lauren has worked so hard,taking all the pressure off us,which has made the application process a lot easier for us.
Returned correspondance has always been very prompt; when Lauren was away on her holiday she gave us plenty of notice and made sure we had the contact details of the temporary cover agent. Throughout the process from the beginning to the end we can say that everyone we have had contact with as been very professional and courteous.

For those of you undecided on which migration agents to use then please do not hesitiate to use Visa Bureau. To be honest I had not much to go on when I made my choice, but I am so glad I did. I feel very lucky. Lauren was fantastic. She had bags of advice, patience and knowledge that got us through the visa minefield! I do not think we would have achieved our visas without her. Every hurdle we came across, and there were many, she was there to guide us through to the next stage. For anyone thinking of emigrating to Australia I would wholeheartedly recommend they use Visa Bureau. Looking forward now to fulfilling our dream!
