Firstly, I would say that Visa Bureau were outstanding in their professionalism and business ethic, by the way in which they handled my application from start to finish. From the time that I picked up the phone to inquire, until the time that I received my passport in the post with my new Australian permanent residency visa in it, I have to say that I was extremely impresssed with the personal service, efficiency, determination and committment that Visa Bureau provided to me.

As far as costs are concerned, Visa Bureau are very competitive and they were straight up with me from the word 'go' in terms of exactly what it was going to cost me for each and every item, including medicals, police checks, assessments, etc. Not the cheapest out there, but still very reasonable and fair, and remember, you often get what you pay for.

The biggest attraction with using Visa Bureau initially was their policy around refunding the full amount of fees paid by you, in the event that they did not believe you were eligible to lodge an application. Bear in mind that they do a significant amount of work for you before you lodge. Fortunately, we did not need a refund and our application progressed through the gauntlet successfully. Nonetheless, it was very comforting and reassuring to know that I would not waste any money, as I had previously with www.liveinaustralia.com who went bust and I had to start my application all over again. Visa Burea succeeded.

Timewise, well let's just say that my entire application with Visa Bureau started in August 2011 and completed in March 2012. It was fantastic to be able to just email or phone at any time and as much as I liked - no limits and no extra costs. Previous agents have required formal conference call calendar bookings and charges for consultation, etc. Visa Burea were 'hands on' 24/7 and made me feel as though I was their only customer. Honestly, sometimes, I thought I was because I was treated like royalty. I didn't know that you could get such personal service like this these days (still).

Visa Bureau were, as I mentioned, available at my beckon call. They made me feel so confident and reassured about everything, and they kept me posted on a weekly basis, even if they had no updates. Leoni, Matt, Lucas and the team were exceptional in the way in which they managed my application and I just cannot thank them or praise them enough for making mine and my family's dreams of Australia a reality! I could easily go through the whole process again, Visa Bureau actually made it fun!

Our Visa application was never going to be quick and easy being a large family of seven, but we chose the Visa Bureau to guide us through the process just based on how informative and reassuring the initial phone call was.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Visa Bureau to anybody that I came across that was thinking of applying for an Australian Visa. There is so much involved in applying and certainly for me one of the biggest worries was making sure that everything was done correctly so it was fantastic having somebody to talk me through it all, help fill everything in and double check everything for me before it was submitted.

I honestly feel that the level of help and advice which we have had couldn't have been any better. There was always somebody at the end of the line to keep me up to date with what was happening or just talk me through any worries and my emails where always answered promptly and clearly.

I looked into a few companies before deciding to use VisaBurea, the reason I chose them was due to the way Bronwyn dealt with my initial call. I am self employed so my applciation was never going to be staight-forward but Bronwyn went through everything there on the phone she gave me tons of advice and I hadnt even paid a penny yet.

It is a difficult decision to use a migration burea because of the added expense, espeically with a young family, so I took a chance and decided to use VisaBurea to help me with my application, and I am so glad I did.

We were assigned a case worker (Matt Parker) very quickly (within a few days) and he went straight to work coaching me on writing my reference material to prove my skill set. I had already looked into doing this and showed Matt my work, he advised me to change a few things to make sure I told the Governing Body exactly what they wanted to know.

We had to gather quite a lot of information due to me being self employed, Matt helped every step of the way and we turned the application around within 12 months (including proving my skill set).

I am extremely happy with the service I received, it is a lot of money to spend but if you want to maximise your chances of gaining a visa then I'd recommend using these guys.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Sue for helping me every step of the way in gaining my Skilled Sponsored Visa - she was great in calmly explaining each step - not an easy task when I have a tendancy to get over excited and want everything done at once!

Just to confirm that we are extremely happy that we used the Visa Bureau to handle our 176 visa to South Australia. We had returned from a year travelling in 2007 which included 4 months in Australia and, having loved the country so much, decided in 2008 that we would like to emigrate there. At the time we felt confident in applying independently via the DIAC website only to discover a few months later that we had made a mistake with one of the forms which meant that our application would be unsuccessful. At this point we realised that if we did apply again we would need some professional guidance as we couldn't risk (or afford!) to make any mistakes a second time round!
Friends who had already emigrated recommended we use the Visa Bureau as they had a great experience with them. I initially spoke to Bronwyn Taylor who spent a great deal of time with me on the phone over a number of months explaining the new points system that was being introduced and also how the skills lists were changing and how this would impact on us. I was very impressed with the time Bronwyn spent with me on this giving advice and updates, particularly as we hadn't even become clients at this stage! We applied for the 176 once the new skills lists were released in 2011 and Bronwyn handed us over to Matt Parker who was extremely helpful in guiding us through the visa process. Now in Sept 2011 we finally have the visa! From contacting the company in spring last year, I have only ever received excellent service and advice. Our first contact was with Bronwyn who explained the whole procedure to us and explained all costs from the outset. I was then allocated a case worker – Kristie, for a short while and we were then transferred to Joe, who has been an absolute star the whole time. He responded so promptly to emails and requests, he kept me notified at all times of any developments. I can’t thank him enough. It’s a very stressful and anxious time awaiting for the visa to be granted, but Joe was always on hand to help and alleviate my worries.
Using a migration agent isn’t the cheapest way to get your visa, but I was time limited as I was 45 in May and couldn’t afford to make mistakes with my application, so for me it was the best way to go and gave me reassurance that my application was completed correctly and all documents certified correctly and again Joe was so helpful with this. I just wanted to take time out to put a testimonial up to anyone who may be considering using Visa Bureau. We have just been successful with our application after years of trying and in every other case being told there was no point in even submitting an application. From the first moment we contacted Visa Bureau they listened to our case and found a way of making this happen. What was most refreshing though was that this wasnt about money for them, they clearly had a concern to make our dream happen and therefore told us they would not enter into their normal arrangement until they were satisfied that we had a strong chance. In a world where no one does anything for nothing and with the feedback we had been given by every other agency this was just incredible.
Having got over the first hurdle and initial points test our case was then passed to Matt our case worker. I am 9 years running my own business and I firmly believe Matt was probably the most professional person I have ever dealt with. He was courteous at all times through what was in our case a very tricky application. We never had to get updates from him, he always provided them. If he was going away he would notify us, not on a general email, but personally who the contact would be in his abscence if something arose. I could go on and on but I really cannot speak highly enough of him.
Overall if you have any doubts about who to use, if you are unsure if you can even get a visa or you are just looking for the best company to make your dream come true of getting a visa to Australia then you simply have to use Visa Bureau.

I started the process to get a Skilled Migration Visa in 2008, but after successfully lodging the visa application the Australians changed the priority of processing, putting my occupation in the bottom category. I had pretty much given up hope of hearing anything until at least 2013, but thanks to Visabureau and Lauren in particular, we managed to get a State Sponsored visa in just a few months earlier this year.

There is no doubt in my mind that without the assistance of Lauren we would still be waiting for a visa, with nothing but wet summers and cold, dark winters ahead. Instead, we are packing up, browsing Perth jobs, schools and houses (and diving sites!) and looking forward to summer on the beach, with holidays in Kimberly and snorkelling with whale sharks on the agenda. I cannot express my gratitude, my family and I have a new lease on life.

I have found Visabureau and the agent that has been dealing with us (Lauren) not only absolutely faultless, but more than we could ever have hoped for. In the case of any case officer's absence (prior to Lauren taking our case), we have been advised in good time, given alternative contact numbers (of someone who has been briefed on our case ) and advised of the date of our case officer's return. Due to several significant changes in the visa application system in the past 3 years, we have been working with our agent since 2008, and I am absolutely certain they have done everything they can to ensure that we receive a visa. We would never have been able to navigate the complicated DIAC system and huge number of legistlative changes if it hadn't been for Visabureau. They have been professional, friendly, extremely efficient (and I mean EXTREMELY efficient!) and very approachable. You will always receive comprehensive responses to emails and telephone calls are returned promptly. I really can't recommend them enough - if you're thinking of using an agent don't look any further. And just to finish, I'm not in the habit of writing 'reviews' but in this case I felt compelled to write a review!

The service was extremely professional and structured which reduced stress to the absolute minimum. Feedback by phone or email was same day. The service is good value for money. I used this company for my visa, I found them professional and always returned my phone calls and answered emails the same day normally. I always had the impression that they cared about you as a customer and always found them friendly and informative.
