Australian Visa Bureau

From the start helping me to chose which visa would best be suited for my circumstances, through to processing my application, the Visa Bureau have been helfpull all the way through the process. They made the steps very clear, gave information on everything I needed to know, and realistic timescales ect. They made the process stress free, and I now have an independant visa and planning my move.

It' s taken me 19 months to get my contributory parent visa but today I was granted my visa! Hoorah!! I have had a varied selection of advisors and caseworkers from Visa Bureau who all helped me to gain access and the best part was that they detailed times and deadlines quite precisely and answered sometimes worrying thoughts with as much help and assistance as they could. I'm now ready to set up a new life for myself and share my remaining years with my daughter son in law and two grandchildren. At the age of 62 I know I'm going to find a lot of changes from England but I'm willing to adjust to the Australian way of life and hope I'll have many years ahead of me.

I don't think I could have done it on my own and am really pleased I used Visa Bureau.

We knew our case would be complicated as we needed a skills assessment , so we looked for a migration agent and after reading numerous reviews settled on the visa bureau .

Right from the very beginning they have been professional , helpful , contactable , friendly and positive !

Absolutely fantastic advice and support! We didn't know where to start, Caroline helped us decide which visa to go with, how to get my husband an Australian qualification, how to fill in the endless forms, collect the correct evidence and let us know where we were at every stage of the process.
